As part of the PML Convenience 360 experience introduced in 2020, the aim was to provide customers an alternative platform with a contactless 360 shopping experience, made simple with a five-step process. From viewing of models and doorstep test drives to car delivery, we are now ready to round off PML Convenience 360 with the implementation of full cashless payment modes only; both online and across our showrooms.

This is also in line with the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) push for the adoption of e-payment among individuals and businesses to support safe distancing.

With effect from 1st September 2021, Performance Motors and BMW Motorrad will no longer accept denominations of currency in notes and/or coins as payment.

We have multiple cashless payment modes available, including: BMW Contactless Payment Link**, Bank Transfer^, NETS, PayNow*^ and Credit Card (Visa, Masters, Amex, Google/Apple Pay and PayWave).

For those who drop off and collect cars on behalf of the registered owners, payment can be made through the same cashless payment methods listed above.

Once purchase has been confirmed, a payment link will be created and shared with the customers. Customers can then proceed to make their payment online.

Notifications have been sent out on 1 July 2021 with reminders planned for August and September. You will also see notices being displayed at Performance Motors and BMW Motorrad’s premises at all cashier and customer service counters.

The same will apply to any refunds, if permitted. Refunds will be made through cashless modes, e.g. cheques or telegraphic transfers. Refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks.

If you have made payment via cashless payment methods before 1 Jul 2021, you will not be allowed to switch your payment mode to cash as written notice was provisioned by 1 July 2021.
