With the new PML Online Check-in, you’ll experience a seamless and more convenient way to manage your BMW Service appointments. Simply check-in your vehicle online before your service, drop off your BMW at our service centre and skip the queue, giving you more time to do what pleases you.
Step 1
Book your service date via performancecare.sg or BMW Performance SG app.
Step 2
Complete your online check-in via the URL link provided in your appointment reminder SMS.
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful online check-in.
Step 3
Visit us on your appointment date and self-register at our Digital Kiosk.
Retrieve your booking details and print out the sticker label.
Affix your label on the envelope provided for your vehicle key drop-off.
Step 4
A Customer Service Advisor will follow up with you when your car is ready for collection.
